Root Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos
Step 1. Downloadand Install Samsung Kies(RECOMMENDED) OR you can install USB Drivers of samsung mobiles on your computer. If Samsung USB Driver is already installed on your computer then Skip this Step.
Step 2. Downloadand extract the root files on your computer. After extracting you will be able to see the following files:

Step 3.Connect your phone to the computer using Data Cable. Once the computer recognize your phone, you have to copy SuperSU-v1.80.zip file to the phone memory.
Step 4.Once you are done, disconnect your phone from computer and Switch off the Phone.
Step 5. Now, you have to enter into Download Mode on your phone by Pressing Volume Down Key, Home Button and Power key at same time for 5-8 seconds until you entered to the download mode.
Step 6.In the Download mode you will be able to see a Warning Triangle Sign. In this situation you have to press the Volume up key to continue.
Step 7.Now, Open Odin3 (found in the extracted folder, that you have downloaded in the Step#2) on your computer. Then connect your phone to the computer.
Step 8.Once you have connected the phone to the computer, Oden will automatically recognize the device and show “Added” message at the lower-left panel.
Step 9.Once your device is detected by Odin, click on the PDA button and select the recovery.tar file (you have extracted this file in step#2).
Step 10.Now, click on the Start button in odin to begin the Flashing. Once flash process is completed your phone will restart automatically.
Step 11.Now, again switch off your Phone.
Step 12.Now, you have to enter into the recovery mode. To enter Recovery Mode Press and Hold Volume Up Key, Home Button and Power Button for 5-8 seconds. Once Samsung Logo appears leave the Power Key but keep holding the Volume Up and Home Key.
Step 13.Under recovery Menu, using Volume Key navigate Install Zip from sdcard > Choose Zip from sdcard > Yes, install SuperSU-v1.80.zip.
Step 14.Once Flashing is done, select Go Back >Reboot System Now from the recovery menu.
Step 15.Now your device is Rooted. To check whether your phone is rooted correctly, open your Applications Menu, there you will be able to see a new app installed, called SuperSU.
Now you can enjoy the benefits of rooting the Android phone, like making the chances in the CPU frequencies, customizing the phone and lots more.
